Subbing Tues 9/14 at 6:00 at The Yoga Loft

Hello: I will be subbing this evening 6:00 - 7:30, Vinyasa Flow.

I will be sub teaching Suzies Gentle Yoga at The Yoga Loft on Mondays Sept. 13 & 20 at 7:00 pm.

Kohen's Kirtan with Restorative Yoga

Please join us on the third Sunday of the month at The Yoga Loft for live Kirtan instrumental music and Restorative Yoga (at the usual price!). Our first Sunday is September 19th. The Loft is across from Whole Foods at 21228 Ventura Blvd.

I will be sub-teaching Yoga Level 1/2 at Agoura Hills Calabasas Community Center on 9/4 at 10:00 am.

I will be sub-teaching "Ab Lab" at Calabasas Tennis & Swim on 9/1 at 12 noon.

I will NOT be sub-teaching Aquafit at the Calabasas Tennis & Swim Center on Sat. 8/28 at 10:10 am
